Job Description

Planning- Operational roadmaps for efficiency
Performance Management: Tracking operational metrices - scorecard, incentive plan, etc
Build real time dashboards
Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement programs using frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma
Cross-Functional collaboration: Act as a central hub connecting regional units, finance, HR, and IT to standardize best practices.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in program management in BFSI ecosystem with some experience in collection analytics
  • The incumbent will be responsible for "secured collection" strategy, scorecard implementation, dashboard , MIS, Data analysis, and coordination with different functions-Finance, IT, Product, HR & Business
  • Someone who is good with setting up processes and can analyse large volumes of data
  • Good communication and articulation skills
