Job Description

The role will report to the Head of Supply Chain and will be reponsible for:

  • Warehouse Management: Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Set up warehouse layout, ensure efficient space utilization, and manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
  • Transportation & Logistics: Coordinate the entire order cycle, including planning transport routes, negotiating with carriers/vendors, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Operational Optimization: Develop and implement logistics strategies, Analyze supply chain data, and initiate process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain high standards of health and safety (OHS) in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate warehouse and transport personnel.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: B.Tech and/or MBA (preferred)
  • 4-8 years of experience across warehousing, transportation and logistics operations in FMCG, D2C, Retail, or related consumer industries
  • Should possess strong exposure to inventory management, OTIF, vendor management, inbound and outbound operations, and distribution execution.
  • Understanding of WMS and TMS platforms are good to have
  • Must have Good Communication and strong leadership skills
