Job Description

Lead end-to-end logistics operations across multiple distribution channels.Drive transportation planning, fleet utilization, and network optimization.Ensure timely and efficient deliveries through performance monitoring.Manage relationships with transporters, logistics partners, and service providers.Lead Transportation Management System (TMS) adoption and logistics digitalization initiatives.Monitor logistics KPIs including freight costs, service levels, and vehicle utilization.Identify cost-saving and continuous improvement opportunities.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Experience within Skincare, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Personal Care, or E-commerce sectors.
  • Strong expertise in transportation management, network optimization, and logistics operations.
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in vendor management, stakeholder management, and cost optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
