About Our Client

Our client is a global infrastructure investment manager with a diversified presence across sectors, operating through a strong international platform.

Job Description

  • Draft and review NDAs, commercial agreements, and ancillary documentation (multi-jurisdictional exposure preferred).
  • Support PE / M&A / asset management transactions including documentation and coordination.
  • Monitor compliance, regulatory tracking, and maintain corporate records and governance documentation.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare summaries, and manage legal trackers and documentation.
  • Work closely with global stakeholders across regions on legal and governance matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in law or a related field from a recognised institution.
  • LLB qualified with 3 -8 years of PQE
  • Experience across contracts, transactions (PE/M&A), and corporate governance.
  • Background from law firms / PE / financial institutions / GCC / LPO setups preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-border stakeholders.
