Job Description

· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements

· Independently handling general corporate work including corporate governance and compliance matters

· Supporting the team through on-going (day-to-day) operations and liaisoning with business

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Counsel (Temp) should have:

  • LL.B/LL.M - 3-5 Years of Post-Qualification Experience
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
