Job Description

  • Lead assurance & advisory engagement for large global clients
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards across all operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and drive financial efficiencies and improvements
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Take responsibility of managing risk at the practice and engagement level

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified CA/CPA (US) is a must
  • Strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the business services industry
  • 15+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Functional knowledge of advisory & assurance is a must
  • Experience in leading and managing large teams effectively
  • Extensive knowledge on USGAAP
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Prior experience managing multi-country teams, and technology-enabled services is a preference
