Aligned closely with sales leadership as a Sales HRBP, the role focuses on supporting frontline and revenue teams, building talent pipelines, driving succession planning, and delivering capability-building initiatives that enhance business performance and workforce effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the CHRO and the leaders within the firm.
  • Get the opportunity to lead the entire Talent management function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead-Talent Management should have:

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent understanding of HR practices, including performance and talent development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address workforce challenges effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
