Job Description

  • Develop and execute learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assess training needs and design tailored learning interventions for employees.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align development programs with business objectives.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize learning platforms and tools for employee engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the telecoms sector.
  • Support leadership in succession planning and workforce capability building.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L&D / TM should have:

  • A postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in learning and development or talent management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and learning principles.
  • Experience in implementing competency frameworks and career development programs.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and digital tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
