Job Description

  • Develop and execute the organization's learning and capability-building strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, leadership expectations, and future workforce requirements.
  • Lead leadership development, succession planning, high-potential talent programs, and career progression frameworks to build a robust internal talent pipeline.
  • Drive culture transformation initiatives focused on employee engagement, inclusion, collaboration, innovation, and values-based leadership across locations and functions.
  • Oversee performance management, talent review, and calibration processes, partnering closely with business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and talent outcomes.
  • Establish learning analytics and culture health metrics, measuring program effectiveness, employee experience, and return on investment while continuously improving development interventions.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience leading L&D, Capability building
  • Experience designing or running culture programmes.
  • Experience creating and delivering learning initiatives.
  • Ability to work closely with Human Resources teams.
  • Confidence gathering feedback and using it to improve people programmes.
  • Ability to communicate DEI, culture and learning plans clearlY
