Job Description

As the F&A Operations Lead, you will lead a wide variety of service lines. You will lead a team of 300 across more than 50 clients in the delivery of:

  • Procure to Pay
  • Order to Cash
  • Record to Report
  • Payroll
  • Travel and Expense
  • Controllership
  • Audit Support

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong background in finance and accounting operations.
  • Experience in 3rd party BPOs, both large and small
  • Expertise in compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence using financial tools and systems.
