Job Description

  • Manage and develop relationships with OEM clients within the general industry sector.
  • Identify business opportunities and create strategies to increase market share in the chemical industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and client feedback.
  • Act as a point of contact for key accounts, addressing their concerns and ensuring timely resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a KAM or sales professional in B2B industrial markets
  • Strong exposure to OEMs in General Industry (Machinery/ Pulp/ Paper/ Gearbox/ FMCG/ Mining/ Equipment etc)
  • Ability to sell technical solutions and value, not just products
  • Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute with a structured, strategic mindset
