Job Description

  • Manage and grow key cement industry accounts on a national scale
  • Develop long-term relationships with plant leadership and procurement
  • Drive revenue growth through solution selling and value-based proposals
  • Coordinate with technical, service, and supply chain teams
  • Identify new opportunities across plants, expansions, and upgrades
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable account development
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience as a Key Account Manager in cement or heavy industry
  • Proven background in B2B solution or technical sales
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with a consultative sales approach
  • Willingness to travel extensively to cement plant locations
