Lead end-to-end transition programs as global engineering and IT capabilities move to newly established or scaling GCCs. The role combines transition leadership, advisory, and operational execution to ensure speed-to-productivity, operational stability, and long-term capability build within GCC environments.
  • Lead global IT & engineering transitions for enterprise GCC buildouts.
  • Work directly with CXOs shaping GCC strategy and scale journeys.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end IT and engineering transition programs into Global Capability Centers
  • Design transition strategies including planning frameworks, ramp-up models, and cutover approaches
  • Manage complex knowledge transfer across applications, platforms, DevOps, and IT operations
  • Act as the primary interface between CXO stakeholders, legacy teams, and GCC leadership
  • Build scalable transition playbooks, governance structures, and risk mitigation frameworks

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transitions Leader should have:

  • 10+ years of experience leading IT / engineering transition or transformation programs
  • Experience working with global consulting clients or Big 4 environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT, product engineering, or shared services environments
  • Proven ability to manage multi-geo stakeholders and senior leadership engagement
  • Experience designing transition strategies, knowledge transfer models, and cutover planning
  • Strong communication and consulting mindset with structured program management skills
