Job Description

  • Define and execute the technology strategy, architecture roadmap, and engineering standards across the business.
  • Lead solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, and design governance for strategic customer opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong ecosystem of OEMs, technology partners, startups, and emerging technology providers.
  • Drive deployment and productization of AI-enabled solutions, analytics platforms, sensors, and integrated security technologies.
  • Ensure successful project execution, margin protection, SLA compliance, and scalable delivery across multiple engagements.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 15-20 years of experience in technology delivery, system integration, solution architecture, or engineering leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in solution design, system integration, technology solutioning, and digital platform architecture.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-site technology delivery and engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of AI, analytics, sensors, command center solutions, OT/IT convergence, and technology partnerships.
  • Strong stakeholder management, pre-sales, vendor management, and commercial acumen.
