Our client is a specialist technology and digital advisory firm serving private equity investors and portfolio companies across Europe and North America. The firm advises on technology due diligence, ERP transformation, digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, cost optimization, carve-outs, integrations, and value-creation initiatives through a highly senior, execution-oriented consulting model.

Job Description

  • Lead and scale the India capability hub, including hiring, culture, performance management, and operating model design.
  • Own client delivery across complex technology transformation and value-creation programs.
  • Drive consulting excellence through structured problem-solving, executive communication, and rigorous quality standards.
  • Build a senior bench of advisors, consultants, and technology specialists.
  • Partner with global leadership teams to integrate India into a unified delivery model.
  • Improve utilization, delivery quality, staffing effectiveness, and overall hub economics.
  • Serve as a member of the global leadership team and contribute to capability and talent strategy.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in consulting, technology transformation, or advisory environments.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing consulting or capability teams in India.
  • Deep expertise in technology transformation and complex program delivery for international clients.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and private equity-backed businesses.
  • Proven consulting toolkit including structured problem-solving, storylining, and commercial decision-making.
  • Experience in private equity, technology M&A, due diligence, integrations, or value-creation programs is highly desirable.
