Job Description

  • Lead HR shared services and advanced technology systems
  • Support payroll governance, execution and transformation.
  • Handle employee documentation and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements.
  • Help resolve employee queries related to HR operations.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights when needed.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A background in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Confidence using HR software and tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding of HR policies and compliance.
