Job Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Drive talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee the design and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote an equitable workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Use data and analytics to assess HR performance and make informed decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of HR processes, including talent management and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and support decision-making.
  • A collaborative approach to work, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Experience in the professional services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
