Job Description

As the HR Business Partner & Site HR Lead, you will be responsible for supporting business leaders and employees while serving as the primary HR representative for the Bengaluru office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Driving end-to-end HRBP activities including employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and engagement.
  • Acting as the Site HR Lead and ensuring a positive employee experience across the Bengaluru office.
  • Building and strengthening the HR presence for the South India location as the business continues to scale.
  • Collaborating with international stakeholders across multiple geographies in a matrixed environment.
  • Supporting workforce planning, change management, employee development, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters.
  • Driving HR initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and overall business performance.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 8-10 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Business Partnering.
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
  • Prior experience independently managing a site, office, or business unit HR function.
  • Exposure to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in technology, digital, product, SaaS, or technology-enabled services environments will be an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and clarity of thought.
  • Experience working effectively within global and matrixed organizations.
