HRBP & Rewards Specialist (approximately 80% focus on HRBP), to manage employees across multiple functions such as Finance/Sales/Innovation etc.Candidate should have 5+ years of experience, an MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute and mandatory experience managing the Singapore region, while exposure to other international markets will be an added advantage.

Job Description

  • Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategy with business priorities.
  • Manage the HR agenda , primarily across Singapore (mandatory) along with other assigned international markets.
  • Lead key HRBP processes including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement and retention.
  • Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance matters and organizational change.
  • Partner with HR COEs and internal stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Rewards, Finance and Legal.
  • Support selected Rewards and C&B activities including annual salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, promotions, variable pay and employee benefits.
  • Leverage workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support business decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational HR policies and applicable local employment requirements across assigned markets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bring a minimum of 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering.
  • Hold an MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
  • Have prior experience managing the Singapore region, which is a mandatory requirement for this position.
  • Ideally bring additional exposure to one or more international markets across Asia, the Middle East or other geographies.
  • Have strong experience across talent management, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement and stakeholder management.
  • Possess working knowledge of Rewards/C&B, particularly compensation reviews, benchmarking, variable pay and benefits.
  • Be comfortable operating as an individual contributor and partnering independently with senior business stakeholders.
