Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the transport and distribution industry.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing HR insights and solutions.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives tailored to the organisation's needs.
  • Oversee talent management, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the Gurgaon office.
  • Lead organisational change and transformation projects effectively.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • A strong educational background in human resources from IIMs/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI and other top tier institutions
  • Proven expertise in HR business partnering, particularly within the product tech space with experience range of 8-12 years.
  • Experience in logistics industry will be advantageous.
  • Excellent skills in strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organisation.
