They are known for their innovative solutions and commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.Job DescriptionAct as a trusted Business Partner, bringing deep insights, an independent viewpoint to support on business and organizational topics. Consult with and influence leaders on people, culture, and organization effectiveness.Partner with business managers to support workforce planning activities and help build talent pipelines for assigned Business Units.Support the facilitation of Succession Planning discussions and related actions for the Business Units.Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned location or region, working closely with the Location In‑Charge on day‑to‑day HR related topics.Coordinate and support statutory and labor law compliance activities at the location/region in collaboration with central teams, external partners, and leadership.Support the understanding and implementation of company policies, guidelines, and HR initiatives, adapting them where required to meet local business needs while ensuring adherence to governance.Assist in cultural and change initiatives aligned with business and organizational priorities.Identify talent development needs and support participation in local and global learning or talent programs.Support organizational capability building by coordinating competency assessments, Individual Development Plans, and learning interventions in partnership with the Learning and Talent teams.Enable People Managers by providing guidance and support on day‑to‑day people topics, employee engagement, and people processes.Support employee survey processes, including planning workshops, collating feedback themes, and assisting managers in defining local action plans.Provide data support and basic analysis on people metrics such as headcount, demographics, organization structure, performance data, compensation inputs, and position levelling, as required.Support and help enable central HR and CoE initiatives (Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Information & Analytics, etc.) at the organization level. Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience at the location and Business Unit level.The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:* Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Works, or a related field. Degree in Law would be an added advantage* 3-5 years of experience in HR in business partnering* You bring in substantial experience in stakeholder management* You've a digital attitude, have great communication skills, love to work in teams, are grounded, honest and hard working.* You are a management graduate from a reputed institute, an excellent standout colleague and leader* You are a self-starter who takes accountability of responsibilities, drives initiatives even with limited resources, is independent & self-motivated.
