The client is a company operating in the Renewable Energy industry. They are a global technology leader, specialising in Power Generation.

Job Description

  • Handle Strategic HRBP and Industrial Relations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, its strategy, and operations, while serving as an integral member of the HR team across all functions and organizational units.
  • Stay informed about external market dynamics, industry trends, customer expectations, and HR best practices, and translate these insights into actionable people and business strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the business by providing local perspectives, requirements, and workforce insights to HR stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support the implementation and execution of global and regional HR programs, initiatives, and policies across assigned business units and locations.
  • Collaborate with HR CoEs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives, people strategies, and HR initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders on Talent management, including Succession Planning, Talent development and Employee Retention.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to enhance organizational effectiveness, drive performance, and build critical capabilities.
  • Identify Change management requirements and lead or support initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support on Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess, shape, and drive culture transformation aligned with strategic business priorities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and TA teams to build and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Lead or contribute to country-specific HR activities during HR Transformation programs and coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze HR data, metrics, and trends to support informed decision-making, monitor HR effectiveness, and report on key performance indicators and costs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local Labor Laws. Ensure regulatory Compliance, and coordinate with statutory authorities as required across business locations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate in this role will meet the following criteria-

  • 10-16 years of experience, with strong background in IR and Manufacturing HR
  • Open to travel once a month to other offices/plants
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws
  • Global stakeholder management experience
