They are a global technology leader, specialising in Power Generation.Job DescriptionHandle Strategic HRBP and Industrial Relations.Develop a deep understanding of the business, its strategy, and operations, while serving as an integral member of the HR team across all functions and organizational units.Stay informed about external market dynamics, industry trends, customer expectations, and HR best practices, and translate these insights into actionable people and business strategies.Act as the voice of the business by providing local perspectives, requirements, and workforce insights to HR stakeholders at all levels.Support the implementation and execution of global and regional HR programs, initiatives, and policies across assigned business units and locations.Collaborate with HR CoEs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives, people strategies, and HR initiatives.Partner with leaders on Talent management, including Succession Planning, Talent development and Employee Retention.Work closely with leadership teams to enhance organizational effectiveness, drive performance, and build critical capabilities.Identify Change management requirements and lead or support initiatives.Provide guidance and support on Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, and restructuring initiatives.Partner with business leaders to assess, shape, and drive culture transformation aligned with strategic business priorities.Collaborate with business leaders and TA teams to build and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline.Lead or contribute to country-specific HR activities during HR Transformation programs and coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders.Analyze HR data, metrics, and trends to support informed decision-making, monitor HR effectiveness, and report on key performance indicators and costs.Maintain a strong understanding of local Labor Laws.
