Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end HR Operations across onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, HR helpdesk and separation processes.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance and audit readiness across locations.
  • Manage employee benefits, vendor partners and service delivery against defined SLAs.
  • Drive HRMS enhancements, workflow optimisation and automation initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, IT and business leaders to strengthen HR operations governance.
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering a seamless employee experience.
  • Monitor operational metrics, identify process improvements and drive continuous efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 12-15 years of HR Operations experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in payroll, employee lifecycle management and Indian labour law compliance.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale HR operations in complex, multi-location organisations.
  • Hands-on exposure to HRMS platforms, workflow design and process automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in audits, reporting and operational excellence initiatives.
