Job Description

  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end HR operations and processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that foster a productive workplace.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Manage HR tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting.
  • Leverage analytics to track key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, hiring efficiency, etc.).

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • 10-12 years of experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, HR Tech, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience in business partnering and working closely with senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to build and scale HR processes from the ground up.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
