Job Description

    • Lead and manage the complete implementation lifecycle of HRIS (onboarding, configuration, testing, roll‑outs).
    • Collaborate with the vendor and internal stakeholders to design workflows, data mapping, and process automation.
    • Oversee daily HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, confirmations, exits).
    • Ensure accurate HR data management, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
    • Ensure process governance, handbook updates, and compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Support employee queries related to HRMS, HR policies, and operational issues.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and HR service delivery.



The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of HR practices in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
