As part of its leadership succession and organizational transformation agenda, the organization is looking to hire a Strategic HR Head to work closely with the CHRO and senior leadership team.

Job Description

Leadership & Talent Strategy

  • Partner with the CHRO to develop and execute the organization's long-term people strategy.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives to build future-ready leadership capability.
  • Lead enterprise-wide succession planning and talent review processes.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent across the organization.



Organization Development & Culture

  • Champion organization-wide culture transformation initiatives.
  • Drive interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness and agility.
  • Support enterprise change management programs linked to business transformation.
  • Build frameworks that foster innovation, collaboration, and leadership accountability.



Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, including CEOs, MDs, Business Heads, and functional leaders.
  • Partner closely with HR Heads across businesses to ensure alignment of people and business priorities.
  • Influence and support leadership teams through periods of significant change and growth.



Strategic Transformation

  • Support the organization in adapting to changes within the manufacturing and automotive sectors.
  • Partner with leadership teams to understand future capability requirements arising from advancements in technology, R&D, digitalization, automation, and future mobility.
  • Drive initiatives focused on building a future-ready workforce and leadership bench.



The Successful Applicant

Minimum 25 years of HR experience

Experience working within large, complex Manufacturing, Industrials, Engineering, Automotive, or allied organizations.

Demonstrated success partnering with senior business leaders including CEOs, MDs, Business Heads, and CXOs.
