Job Description

  • Lead leadership and strategic hiring across key business functions.
  • Drive market mapping initiatives.
  • Own and strengthen PMS, KRAs, goal setting and performance review processes.
  • Partner closely with founders and business leaders on talent and organizational decisions.
  • Build employer branding and talent attraction strategies to strengthen the hiring pipeline.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Act as an HRBP, supporting employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR team while driving people initiatives aligned with business growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of HR experience with a strong track record in leadership hiring, including closing senior mandates and partnering with business leaders.
  • Experience in startups, D2C, B2C, FMCG, or other high-growth environments, with hands-on exposure to PMS, KRAs and performance management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and drive a performance-oriented culture.
