The position combines strategic stakeholder management with hands-on ownership of HR technology, labour compliance, and scalable people processes for a 400+ employee organization.

Our client is a well-established real estate developer with a strong track record of delivering premium residential projects and creating thoughtfully designed communities.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of approximately 350 employees.
  • Drive HRMS strategy, HR technology adoption, automation initiatives, and people analytics.
  • Build robust HR dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Develop and strengthen HR policies, governance mechanisms, and operational frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Partner closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team on people-related priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organization effectiveness and workforce management.
  • Lead employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Strengthen HR controls, documentation practices, and audit readiness across the organization.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business, functional, and project teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four HR professionals.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Ensure effective handling of employee relations and disciplinary matters where required.
  • Build scalable people practices aligned with the organization's growth objectives.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 14+ years of experience in Human Resources, including senior HR leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in HR Operations, HR Governance, and People Systems.
  • Demonstrated experience leading HRMS implementations, process automation, and HR analytics initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and employment regulations.
  • Experience managing HR teams and building high-performing HR functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including leadership interactions.
  • Proven ability to establish scalable HR processes in growing organizations.
  • High attention to detail, governance orientation, and operational rigor.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Preferred background in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, Manufacturing, or other asset-heavy industries.
