Job Description

    • Own the entire HR function end‑to‑end, covering Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and overall People Strategy
    • Partner closely with the founders and senior leadership to understand the organisation's long‑term mission and business goals, and translate them into effective talent and people strategies
    • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including employer branding, hiring, onboarding, and the development of long‑term succession planning and retention programmes
    • Design and implement performance evaluation frameworks, along with competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies aligned to business needs
    • Oversee and manage a performance management and appraisal system that drives high performance, accountability, and growth
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity
    • Develop HR policies and ensure full compliance with local, state, and national labour laws and regulations
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures that promote fair, consistent, and transparent employee relations practices
    • Leverage HR analytics and technology to enhance HR processes and decision‑making; use data insights to identify trends, drive improvements, and measure the effectiveness of HR programmes
    • Lead, mentor, and structure the HR team, while managing departmental budgets and building long‑term functional capability



The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience in one or more of the following environments:
    • Product‑led manufacturing or OEM organisations
    • Large industrial or engineering‑driven companies
    • High‑growth manufacturing or hardware‑focused startups
  • Demonstrated experience handling both plant HR and corporate HR
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Labour laws, statutory compliance and employee relations
    • Organisation development, performance management and change leadership
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving transformation
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using HR analytics and technology
