Job Description

Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the people strategy for a key business hub while ensuring alignment with global objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business leaders to support organisational growth and workforce planning.
  • Leading and developing HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations capabilities.
  • Driving organisational transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Building and enhancing employee engagement, performance, and capability development programmes.
  • Developing and implementing talent strategies for high-performing and high-potential employees.
  • Leveraging AI and technology solutions to improve people processes and employee experience.
  • Influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
  • Building scalable HR practices that support a rapidly growing workforce.
  • Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution where required.
  • Supporting the organisation's continued evolution in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.



The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in HR for strong technology/services organisations
  • Significant HR leadership experience within high-growth, scaling organisations.
  • Strong organisational transformation and change management expertise.
  • Demonstrated success in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building and improving people processes, programmes, and frameworks.
  • A modern approach to HR with practical experience leveraging AI and technology.
  • Strong employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning expertise.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Experience working in entrepreneurial, dynamic, or consulting-influenced environments.
  • High levels of adaptability, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity.
