  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • MBA in HR from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 college.
  • Proven experience in HR functions within the investment banking / private equity / broader financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development.
  • The ability to effectively partner with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
