Job Description

  • Lead implementation of global employee benefits programs, especially insurance
  • Design and roll out benefit structures across multiple countries
  • Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle (onboarding, negotiation, contracts, performance)
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll teams for seamless execution
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and global governance standards
  • Act as escalation point for complex benefits or insurance issues
  • Benchmark and optimize benefits offerings based on market insights
  • Monitor vendor performance, renewals, and cost efficiency
  • Develop scalable frameworks for global benefits delivery
  • Drive reporting on utilisation, spend, and performance metrics
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on benefits optimization
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across geographies

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience in insurance benefits, procurement, or vendor management
  • Strong understanding of global insurance programs and compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience handling multiple vendors across regions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional global environment
