This person will be looking into end to end Comp & Ben function and will be reporting into Head Comp & Ben. To be part of the Total Rewards team , driving the implementation of compensation and benefits strategy/ Budgets of the organization, Manage the HRMS system ensure smooth day to day operations by employees and stakeholders . Be a custodian of the employee database and develop HR analytics to provide visibility to the management.
As a Compensation and Benefits Leader , you will lead the development and implementation of innovative compensation strategies, with a focus on designing Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs), conducting thorough compensation benchmarking, and creating engaging incentive programs.

This role seeks a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience, preferably from top colleges, adept at independently managing special projects in Compensation and Benefits (C&B), leveraging data analytics and presentation skills. The position offers a career trajectory allowing movement across different Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and demands high scalability, cultural fitment, and a proven track record of achievements,
Provide a high standard of excellence as a strategic partner to all function, provide subject matter expertise in a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment and selection; talent management; compensation and benefits; training and development. This role will balance country/ business unit requirements with the need for standardised policies and procedures. Additionally, this role will act as the resident expert in areas for HR functions related specific to the global organisations, entities or units in which they support.
