Our client is looking for a high-potential Program Management professional to support the CHRO's Office in driving critical HR initiatives, governance, and strategic projects. This role offers excellent exposure to senior leadership while enabling end-to-end ownership of HR reporting, analytics, and programme execution.

Job Description

  • Support the CHRO's Office in managing and driving strategic HR programmes.
  • Build and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Track key HR initiatives and ensure timely execution through structured governance.
  • Coordinate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive project milestones.
  • Monitor and report progress against strategic HR objectives and deliverables.
  • Generate workforce insights through HR analytics and data-driven reporting.
  • Support policy implementation, governance, and compliance initiatives.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and leadership updates.
  • Manage programme reviews, action trackers, and follow-up mechanisms.
  • Enable effective communication and coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Drive process discipline and ensure high-quality programme management practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • We're looking for someone who has:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, HR Analytics, Consulting, or Transformation roles.
  • Strong project tracking, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience in data analytics, HR analytics, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and working with reporting and tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management abilities.
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams or leadership offices will be advantageous.
  • Background in HR consulting, people analytics, transformation, strategy execution, or PMO functions preferred.
  • Good academic credentials from a reputed institution.
