Job Description

  • Design and execute performance management frameworks tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and address skills gaps across departments.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Atleast 15 years of proven expertise in talent management within the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR strategies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and succession planning tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze HR data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in aligning HR processes with organizational goals.
