Job Description

Talent Management

  • Design and drive the enterprise talent management strategy.
  • Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline development across critical roles.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and identify high-potential talent.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce and talent planning.
  • Drive performance management and career development frameworks.



Learning & Leadership Development

  • Develop and execute the organization's learning and capability-building strategy.
  • Design leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
  • Build functional, behavioral, and future-ready capability frameworks.
  • Drive learning culture through digital and classroom-based interventions.
  • Measure learning effectiveness and business impact.



Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with the CHRO and business leaders to align talent priorities with business goals.
  • Manage external learning partners, consultants, and assessment providers.
  • Coach leaders on talent development and succession planning

The Successful Applicant

  • 15-18 years of HR experience with significant exposure to both Talent Management and Learning & Development.
  • Experience in succession planning, leadership development, talent reviews, and capability building.
  • Excellent communication, strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience in large pharma, healthcare, manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial organizations preferred.
