With a strong presence across India, the US, and Europe, the firm delivers high-value services spanning investment research, fund administration, transaction advisory, and complex financial operations.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of capital markets and alternative investment operations
  • Oversee large teams across trade support, fund administration, reconciliation, and client reporting
  • Drive operational excellence, SLA governance, and risk & compliance adherence
  • Own P&L performance, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives
  • Lead business transitions, migrations, and transformation programs
  • Partner with global stakeholders including investment banks, asset managers, and PE clients
  • Develop scalable operating models leveraging automation and process re-engineering
  • Build leadership bench strength, succession planning, and talent development frameworks
  • Identify cross-sell and new revenue opportunities within existing client relationships

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in delivery capital markets, fund administration, or IB operations
  • Strong exposure to securities settlements, trade lifecycle, loan syndication, or fund accounting
  • Proven experience managing large global delivery teams (100+ FTE preferred)
  • Demonstrated ownership of financial metrics including margins and cost management
  • Experience managing global clients across US/EMEA/APAC regions
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
