As a Project Head in the logistics industry, you will manage sales and operations and oversee key accounts in Africa (based out of Gurgaon). Your role will involve ensuring smooth coordination with clients and driving business growth.

Job Description

  • Develop and manage sales strategies for road freight services to expand footprint in Africa.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with the EPC clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee key accounts and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Monitor market trends to stay ahead of competition.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in sales within the road freight or transport industry.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively.
  • Confidence working with teams and managing projects.
  • Knowledge of market trends in the transport and distribution sector.
