Job Description

  • Develop and execute the people strategy aligned to aggressive growth goals
  • Partner with senior leadership to strengthen organisational capability
  • Establish and embed a consistent, high-performance culture
  • Design scalable organisational structures to support expansion
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning
  • Oversee performance management, rewards, and employee engagement
  • Build HR processes, systems, and governance frameworks
  • Drive leadership development and capability-building initiatives
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employer branding
  • Lead change management and culture transformation initiatives
  • Implement people analytics and metrics-driven decision making
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of People should have:

  • 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Proven track record in scaling organisations across locations
  • Strong expertise in culture-building and organisational development
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with execution
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership (CEO/Chairman/founders)
  • Background in lean, fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Exposure to healthcare or related sectors preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets/P&L
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • High adaptability, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
