Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end operations across Private and Government healthcare business segments.
  • Manage Customer Success, Customer Support, Field Service, and Inventory & Logistics functions.
  • Drive operational strategy, execution, and performance against business goals.
  • Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams.
  • Build and implement SOPs, escalation frameworks, and scalable operational processes.
  • Partner with Sales, Technology, and Medical teams to align operations with growth objectives.
  • Oversee inventory management, field installations, service delivery, billing, and customer support activities.
  • Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience in healthcare operations
  • Start-up mindset, experience in business operations
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong track record of building scalable processes, SOPs, governance frameworks, and performance management systems from the ground up.
  • Confidence using data to make decisions
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Good problem-solving and organisational abilities
