Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and scaling operational infrastructure from the ground up, including processes, systems, performance metrics, and organisational design
  • Working with clients to drive requirement changes and adapt to newer expectations
  • Leading large, distributed field operations across multiple geographies and business units.
  • Hiring, developing, and managing high-performing operational teams
  • Designing scalable operating models capable of supporting significant future growth
  • Managing ambiguity and making fast, informed decisions in a high-growth environment.
  • Maintaining a hands-on leadership style, balancing strategic planning with on-the-ground execution

The Successful Applicant

An Ideal Candidate will have:

  • 12-18 years of experience in operations leadership within high-growth, operationally intensive environments.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling large distributed operations from inception through rapid expansion.
  • Experience within logistics, e-commerce, marketplace businesses, field operations, supply chain, manufacturing, technology-enabled operations, or fast-growing startups.
  • Strong operational judgement with a bias for action and ownership.
  • Experience managing multi-site or multi-city operations at scale.
  • Exposure to robotics, AI-driven operations, hardware operations, or technology-enabled services environments would be advantageous.
