Our client is a fast‑growing digital lending fintech operating at the intersection of technology, data, and financial services. With a strong focus on customer-centric innovation, the business is rapidly scaling its lending portfolio and strengthening its operational backbone.

They are now looking to bring in a Head of Operations to drive efficiency, scalability, and process excellence across the lending lifecycle as they enter the next phase of growth.

Job Description

The Head of Operations will lead end-to-end lending operations with a strong focus on scale, control, and customer experience. Key responsibilities include:* Owning the full loan lifecycle: onboarding, KYC, underwriting operations, disbursal, servicing, and collections

* Driving process excellence initiatives, including automation, digitisation, and TAT improvements

* Building scalable operations frameworks to support rapid portfolio growth

* Partnering with product, risk, and business teams to optimise customer journeys and improve conversion

* Monitoring operational KPIs including TATs, cost per loan, collection efficiency, and customer satisfaction

* Driving governance, compliance alignment, and operational controls across processes

The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years of experience in lending operations across FinTech, NBFC, or digital lending platforms

* Strong exposure to end-to-end loan lifecycle management (onboarding to collections)

* Proven track record in process transformation, automation, and scaling operations

* Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments

* Prior experience in consumer lending, MSME lending, or unsecured lending platforms is highly preferred
