Job Description

  • Manage HR operations for the plant, including recruitment and onboarding
  • Handle employee relations and ensure a positive workplace environment
  • Oversee compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Plan and implement training and development programmes
  • Work on performance management and appraisals
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
  • Support organisational change and workforce planning
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in HR within the manufacturing or automotive industry
  • Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
