Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements across the organisation.

  • Manage disputes, litigation, and arbitration cases in collaboration with external counsel.

  • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all legal matters within the organisation.
  • Lead and mentor the in-house legal team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Legal should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognised institution.
  • Proven expertise in corporate and commercial law, particularly within the business services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Experience in handling complex legal issues, including disputes and litigation.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice to senior stakeholders.
