Job Description

RMS Strategy & Transformation

  • Define and execute the organization's HRMS roadmap aligned to business scaling needs.
  • Lead large-scale HR tech transformations, including system upgrades, migrations, or greenfield implementations.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.



System Ownership & Governance

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle management of HR systems (Core HR, payroll, PMS, LMS, ATS, etc.).
  • Ensure data integrity, system controls, and compliance across all HR platforms.
  • Establish governance frameworks for system usage, integrations, and enhancements.



Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage HRMS vendors and implementation partners.
  • Collaborate closely with HR COEs, IT teams, and business leadership to ensure system alignment with evolving needs.
  • Serve as the central SPOC for all HR technology-related initiatives.



Analytics & Insights

  • Build robust HR dashboards and analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive automation and reporting excellence across HR processes.
  • Leverage data to inform workforce planning, performance, and productivity interventions.



Process Excellence & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
  • Drive standardization and scalability of HR operations across business units.

The Successful Applicant

12-18 years of experience with deep expertise in HR systems, HR tech, or HR operations transformation.

Proven track record of leading end-to-end HRMS implementations or major system transformations in complex, high-growth environments.

Strong understanding of integrated HR ecosystems (Core HR, payroll, talent modules, LMS, ATS).

Experience working in consumer-tech, e-commerce, logistics, or similarly scaled, distributed workforce environments is preferred.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on analytics, process improvement, and scalability.
