Job Description

  • Lead the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition across leadership, corporate, technical and operational roles.
  • Build robust sourcing, assessment and selection processes to improve hiring quality and turnaround.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning and talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Lead learning, development and capability-building initiatives across the organisation.
  • Design and implement performance frameworks covering KRAs, KPIs, reviews and development plans.
  • Oversee onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, benefits, promotions and exits.
  • Establish scalable HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace conflicts.
  • Build HR dashboards and analytics covering hiring, attrition, productivity, performance and manpower costs.
  • Drive HR digitisation while leading and developing the HR team

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of HR experience, including significant HR leadership or people-management exposure.
  • Strong hands-on experience across recruitment, L&D, performance management, people operations and employee relations.
  • Sound understanding of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll and employment practices.
  • Proven track record of building scalable HR processes, policies and SOPs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables and dashboards.
  • Experience with HRMS, payroll, attendance and applicant-tracking systems.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and its Admin Console.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
  • Strong ownership, communication, confidentiality and process discipline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused and high-accountability environment
