Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

Act as a strategic HR partner to business leadership

Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition across locations

Manage ER/IR frameworks, grievance handling, and compliance

Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulatory standards

Drive performance management and leadership development programs

Build succession pipelines and develop high-potential talent

Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives

Use HR analytics to enable data-driven decisions

Oversee HR budgets and optimize resource allocation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head HR should have:

  • Postgraduate degree in HR or related field from a reputed institution
  • 15-20 years of HR experience with strong ER/IR exposure
  • Background in manufacturing, automotive, or defence sector preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience in HR strategy and business partnering
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Ability to drive change and manage multi-location teams
