The Head HR will lead and manage all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals within the paper manufacturing industry.The role is based in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu and requires expertise in strategic HR leadership, HR operations, Industrial Relations, talent management, HR systems & process implementation and employee engagement.

Job Description

  • Restructure and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives of the company.
  • Oversee end - to - end HR function.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Design and execute training and development programmes for employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning, budgeting and organisational development.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant would have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Labour law or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR operations, including recruitment, training and industrial relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in the packaging industry or similar manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
