Job Description

This role will serve as a critical cultural anchor for the organisation, driving both strategic and operational HR priorities. The incumbent will be expected to command credibility across levels, build strong on-ground connect, and enable a high-performance culture across corporate and shopfloor environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance Management
    • Strengthen and institutionalise transparent, robust performance management frameworks
    • Drive accountability and alignment of goals across functions
  • Capability Building &Upskilling
    • Lead and scale existing engineering and capability development initiatives
    • Drive continuous learning culture across both white- and blue-collar workforce
  • Workforce Engagement
    • Build strong on-ground connect with factory and plant workforce
    • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees alike
  • Organisation Building
    • Support long-term organisation design and talent strategy
    • Bring a pragmatic, hands-on approach to solving people challenges
  • HR Leadership
    • Lead and mentor the existing HR team
    • Drive consistency and effectiveness across all HR processes and interventions

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven HR leadership experience of 15-20 years, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong ability to engage with both corporate and shopfloor workforce
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management, capability building, and organisation development
  • A grounded, execution-focused leader with high credibility and influence
  • Brings stability, maturity, and strong ownership mindset with a drive to build and scale
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
